Boyle Challenge

Our ancestors have been doing genealogy since the 1830's so we think it has all been done. Well, think again! :) We have one line that ends with John McKinley/McKinlay, he is Henry G. Boyle's father-in-law and Arabella McKinley's father. It has been said he is a cousin to US President William McKinley. John McKinley was born 5 Jan 1795 in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia and died 12 July 1859, Burlington, Des Moines, Iowa. We need to find who his parents are and any other information we can get on him. He was married to Elizabeth Dixon and we have her genealogy. Happy hunting and please let us know what you find.

Introducing Davis

This adorable little fellow will rule the roost at Jacob and Maria's home.

Davis was born October 21st weighing 8lb 1oz. He and mommy are doing wonderfully. His daddy is doing well, too. ;-)

Janet and Chuck's move to Las Vegas

Janet and Chuck, we are glad you live closer to all of us here in Arizona. Maybe we can get together more often.

This was taken at a Boyle reunion in the late 1960's at Camp Joy, East Verde, We were getting ready to go to the swimming hole. We actually rode there with our feet dangling off the back of the truck. It wasn't too far but very rugged. Some of you may remember.

Hi to my Boyle cousins, I am starting this blog for many reasons. I think it will be easier to use and add comments, and it is free. The other website is still up and going but I am not sure how long it will be as renewal is in November. I just thought I would give this a try and see how everyone likes it.
